This is why we have defined our Quality and Information Security Policy based on the principles of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, for which we have successfully achieved the certifications.

Our Policies reflect our commitment to continuous improvement, operational efficiency and excellence in the services we offer, while also ensuring maximum protection of our Customers' data and offering IT services that are secure, reliable and compliant with the highest standards.

Quality Policy - ISO 9001

The principles of our Quality Policy are:

Our goal is to ensure the reliability of our services, minimising interruptions and problems for our Customers. We monitor the performance of our services and promptly address any issues that may impact quality or business continuity.

We use this knowledge to offer innovative and advanced solutions to our Customers, helping them gain a competitive advantage.

Information Security Policy - ISO 27001

The principles of our Information Security Policy are:
  1. Protection of Customer and Interested Party Data: The security of our Customers' data is essential. We work to protect our Customers' sensitive data and personal information from unauthorized access, improper disclosure or loss. We take appropriate security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Customer’s data.

  2. Risk Management: We recognise the importance of identifying, assessing and addressing information security risks. We develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities. We always maintain a risk assessment and take appropriate measures to reduce the impact of undesirable events.  

  3. Awareness and Training: We promote a culture of cybersecurity among our staff. We offer regular training to ensure that all team members understand security best practices, policies and procedures. We improve our customers' awareness of security threats and the measures we implement to address them.  

  4. IT Infrastructure Protection: We maintain a secure IT environment by designing, implementing and monitoring robust security controls. We protect our networks, systems and applications from intrusions, malware and other cyber threats. We regularly update our systems with the latest security patches 

  5. Service Continuity: We ensure the continuity of IT services even in the case of unexpected events. We develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure service availability and rapid information recovery in an efficient way. 

  6. Review and Improvement: We always try to improve our security controls. We regularly review and evaluate our security policy and processes to ensure they are effective and to make continuous improvements.
